Have you ever noticed that whenever you listen to music, you feel more energy and want to be a part of that?
This is another magic power of the music.
Stay with me to explore more…
A combination of Music, Mind, and Muscle!
As all of us know listening to music, a motivational one, is essential while we are doing exercise. It encourages us to increase or at least to maintain our pace, makes exercise more enjoyable & fun and less painful.
There are many secrets about the magic power of music which I revealed them before in my previous blogs. So, this is not surprising that both the brain and body are involved during working out when we are listening to motivational music.
By listening to motivational music, we can improve our stamina and put ourselves in a better mood, because we, as human-being, instinctively move to the beat of whatever we are listening to. So, music inspires us to work out longer and harder.
In this blog, I want to share another secret of music.
Based on the previous blogs, music impacts every aspect of life, and now I am going to reveal the role of music in customer satisfaction and their behavior.
The 21st century is known as the customer’s world. Specifically, in the last 10 years, everything is changed.
Customers determine how long our business ill last, so marketing strategy to attract customers and paying more attention to keep them in a long-term relationship is crucial to the business.
Imagine you enter a shopping mall and there is played exciting music, you will courage to spend more time there, won’t you?
Because psychologically music is used as a tool as a motivator in a purchase decision in a different shopping environment by marketers, and those customers are much more likely to go back to the mall or store.
Also, mentally when music is played in a restaurant, customers tend to spend more money and eat more. In this case, music is like an appetizer!
Another interesting point is that females are more flexible than males. Women are reacting to every kind of music, sad, happy, etc. but most of the men do act in the shopping process with speed rhythm music.
Generally, Environment is as a physical evidence in servicescape that has a great effect on people. Because the environment affects people’ emotion which is directly influence on their behavior.
Anyway, once again we were proven that music plays a key role in human daily life.
When we talk about music, most of the times we recall relaxing and joyful experiences. Pop music gets stuck in our head and brings us happiness and energy or some of us love rock music as it helps us express our stress and get the confidence of life back. Music colors our lives. However, you may not know that music can also be a powerful weapon in wars, as well as a violent force that can lead to pain and suffering.
Music is also used as a form of torture. According to the justice campaign website, “noise has been used by torturers to either mask sounds of others being tortured or to disrupt sleep, terrorize or create desperate emotions within the prisoners.” Prisoners are forced to listen to loud rock and rap music through loudspeakers. Researchers from the Cold War learned more about this kind of “no-touch torture” which leaves no marks on victims’ bodies. They found that extended bouts of noise could bring damage to a subject’s personality. American soldiers were trained to withstand torture with a musical component.
Although music is often used as a weapon in war, it is not always used violently. It can also be used as a propaganda device to cheer up soldiers. Patriotic songs are used by the government to unite citizens together to fight against enemies.
Music is a highly effective propaganda vehicle as it spreads quickly among the country. It provides a way of social change which can be used to achieve specific goals with the lyrics, the melody and rhythms that take on deeper meanings than those that appear on the surface.
As we can see from the close relationship between music and wars, even the relaxing and healing music can become destructive weapons in wars. Everything has two sides. When we examine issues, we cannot let our bias stop us from making a reasonable decision. So, the next time when you listen to music, maybe think about how it is used for other purposes!

Anyway, if you are a music lover, you will enjoy it under any circumstances, even in the middle of a war.
so, listen to your favorite one, enjoy, and live the rhythm…!
My second post is about the relevance and the importance of the music on brain function.
As we all music’s fans know, music is a therapy!
Music improves brain health and function in many ways. It makes you smarter, happier, and more productive at any age.
Music has played an inseparable part in every human culture and they respond to music in a universal way.
And now, advances in neuroscience enable researchers to measure just how music affects the brain.
The interest in the effects of music on the brain has led to a new branch of research called neuromusicology which explores how the nervous system reacts to music.
And the evidence is in music activates every known part of the brain.
Playing, and even just listening to, music can make you smarter, happier, healthier, and more productive at all stages of life.
Music Boosts Brain Chemicals:
One of the ways music affects mood is by stimulating the formation of certain brain chemicals.
Listening to music increases the neurotransmitter dopamine.
Dopamine is the brain’s “motivation molecule” and an integral part of the pleasure-reward system.
It’s the same brain chemical responsible for the feel-good states obtained from eating chocolate, orgasm, and runner’s high.
When listening to a playlist, you can further increase dopamine by choosing shuffle mode.
When one of your favorite songs unexpectedly comes up, it triggers an extra dopamine boost.
Playing music with others or enjoying live music stimulates the brain hormone oxytocin.
The more you enjoy the music, the better your mental performance.
So, listen to your favorite songs, enjoy, and live the rhythm...!
Just listen to your music, fly above your world, and live the rhythm…!
In my first blog, I am going to write about folklore music. Folk music is a form of traditional music that is rooted in the customs of a tribe or region and reaches out to generations to come.
If we listen to the music of different lands and ethnicity, we will notice their differences. These differences in the type of music can be due to the climatic, historical, customs, etc. differences that have manifested themselves in the folk or folk music of the land.
Folk music is a type of music that exists in any community and is in addition to traditional or classical music. Folk musicians and singers have not received academic training, and their songs, rhythms, and melodies are shaped by the conditions in society’s culture.
What are the Folk Music Content and Features?
Folklore is rooted in ancient heritage and civilizations.
Folklore is not accompanied by any scientific method or rational reasoning, and no teacher teaches it.
Folklore comes from common practices and behaviors in community groups.
Folk music describes the prevailing conditions of society.
It can contain romantic, festive, cheerful or mystical content.
Sometimes the content of folk songs is related to the conditions in society. For example, in some of the songs, the role of agriculture and animal husbandry is well illustrated, indicating that the song is related to the region in which agricultural and livestock work is prevalent.
Lullabies, the song of mothers and grandmothers, is also considered a kind of folk music for sleeping with their baby.
In folk or folk music one can see the role of literature, feelings, beliefs, and the lives of the past in general.
In folk music, most of the wildlife, such as waterfalls, plains and green valleys, blossoms of trees, spring and fall, and even winter burns, are featured.
The Importance of Folk Music:
A country’s rich cultural and artistic reserves of folk music will be passed down to future generations. At the same time, it helps us to understand national and popular values historically, economically, socially and culturally.
The folk songs performed in folk music are closely intertwined with the cultural aspects of society, and in the context of these songs, the traditions, values , and beliefs of the community are endorsed or criticized.
This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.
You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
What topics do you think you’ll write about?
Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
