As all of us know listening to music, a motivational one, is essential while we are doing exercise. It encourages us to increase or at least to maintain our pace, makes exercise more enjoyable & fun and less painful.

There are many secrets about the magic power of music which I revealed them before in my previous blogs. So, this is not surprising that both the brain and body are involved during working out when we are listening to motivational music.

By listening to motivational music, we can improve our stamina and put ourselves in a better mood, because we, as human-being, instinctively move to the beat of whatever we are listening to. So, music inspires us to work out longer and harder.
